Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your preferences, and enjoy faster checkout on future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
We process orders quickly to get you your products ASAP. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the fulfillment process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Portland, Oregon facility.
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch (11-17 days total)
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders of $50+, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch (16-27 days total)
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Our Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx is our fastest available option, perfect for time-sensitive projects or when you need essential layout components quickly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Watching your precision model train components travel is almost as exciting as running them on your layout!
Why might my international delivery take longer than estimated?
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can occasionally cause additional delays. We complete all necessary documentation accurately to facilitate smooth transit of your HO scale treasures.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of every HO scale product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to manufacturer defects or our error, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
