Rix Products 0504 – 43′ Peaked Top Water / Oil Tank – HO Scale Kit

The Rix Water and Oil Tank is designed to represent riveted steel tanks which the railroads started building back in 1880 during the steam era. Today tanks similar to these are being used to hold oil and chemicals. The Rix Water and Oil Tank is made up of 6 band segments which form a complete band. The bands are then stacked one on top of another until they reach the given height. Kit makes 1 43′ tall by 24′ diameter riveted, steel tank with peaked top. All tanks are molded in a black polystyrene.
